24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows an opportunity for another client to fill the allotted appointment time. Appointments that are rescheduled more than 3 times will be canceled and a $50 fee will apply to schedule again. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Any "no call, no show" is subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel within 24 hours before your appointment please text Toni at 262-346-1293, fees still apply.
If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive your esthetician will determine if there is enough remaining time to perform your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" appointment price. Out of respect for your esthetician and other clients please plan accordingly.
